Thought for the Day: I slowly breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth.
I am beautiful. It’s a great day to be alive. Today I will have a quiet day. I will start the day with ten minutes of breathing and calm. I will go to my favorite spot in the house or outside, close my eyes and focus on my breath.
If I just can’t seem to carve out the time, I will be gentle with myself and do this tonight as I lay in bed.
