I am beautiful. Today, as I opened my eyes, I said thank you for another day to be me. I then went to the living room and stretched. I started my day slowly, with reverence for myself. It feels good to honor myself. I will also honor myself today by putting nutritious food into my body and positive thoughts into my mind.
