Thought for the Day: I breathe in beauty and breathe out
stress.
I am beautiful. Today is good day to be thankful for what you
have. It's a day to love, live and
laugh. Even though there are daily
challenges and stressors, it's important to remember what keeps you
grounded. If you don't know what keeps
you grounded, it's time to find out.
Knowing is only the first step.
The second step is to make sure you do those things on a daily basis,
regardless of what life deals you.
