I Am Beautiful March 14



Thought for the Day:  I am happy, centered and focused on the positive.


I am beautiful.   The birds are singing and the sun is shining.  I took time to stretch my body and play with my dog. Today I’m going to pay extra attention to my thoughts.  I’m going to change every noticed negative thought into a positive one.  An example is, “that was dumb of me”, changed to, “Oooo, I’ll do better next time”. This sounds so simple, yet when I actually pay attention it’s harder than I think.
