I Am Beautiful March 18



Thought for the Day:  I am conscious of where I hold my stress.
I am beautiful.  Today I will take some time to stretch my neck.  I will put my chin to my chest slowly and hold it. I will gently, slowly and carefully tilt my head to the left and right trying to touch my ear to my shoulder.  The whole time breathing slowly, in through my nose and out through my mouth.



If I feel myself getting stressed about something, I will pay attention to where I hold it in my body.  I will pay attention to the place and gently release it to the Universe.
