Thought for the Day:  I deserve good things and good people.

I am beautiful.  Today I will think about one obstacle keeping me from having something from yesterday’s list.  I will focus on the opposite thought of the obstacle. e.g. “I don’t have enough money.” Change it to, “I have plenty of money.”

Thought for the Day:  I can have it all.

I am beautiful.  Today I will sit and write down a list of everything I want in my life. These aren’t just material wishes.  They are spiritual, intellectual, emotional, relationships, etc….  Put everything on your list; even things you think are miniscule – like a pretty bowl to put my jewelry in before I shower. Know as you make this list, the world has no boundaries- it’s limitless.

Thought for the Day:  I breathe in beauty and breathe out negative thoughts.

I am beautiful. Today I will pay attention to my senses.  I will feel and hear my breath as air flows in and out of my lungs.  I will smell and taste the air around me.  I will see beauty around me, and see beauty in me.

Thought for the Day:  I awake to the beauty that is me.
I am beautiful. Every day when I wake, I have to remind myself that I’m here for a reason, I’m a beautiful person, and tell myself to be thankful for another day. This is all before I step out of bed.

Thought for the Day:  I see, speak and feel beauty inside me.
I am beautiful.  It’s easier being harsh with myself than it is being nice to myself.  Why is this?  Today I will pay extra attention to noticing my negative self-talk and changing it to positive self-talk, especially in the little things.
