I Am Beautiful May 29

Thought for the Day:  I give energy to positive thoughts such as, I am precious and wonderful.
I am beautiful.  In a moment of frustration I blurted out, “I don’t care!”  But realizing what I said, corrected it and said, “That’s not true.  I do care.  I care deeply.  That’s why I’m so frustrated.”  I not only caught myself, but changed it immediately.  This allowed me to not feel guilty for any length of time.  I’ve learned that guilt doesn’t serve the world in any way, so not to give it any energy.
