I Am Beautiful December 31

Thought for the Day:  I am grounded and reflective in my thoughts today.
I am beautiful. Today is a good day to reflect on the past year. What did I do that made me feel good in my body, mind and spirit?  What did I do that made me feel bad?  I will look through last year’s journal entries and calendars.  I will make time to write down my findings and write what I want next year to look like. I will journal with the intention of learning from the past so I can make changes and continuations for today and the future.

Thought for the Day:  I love and embrace everything about my body.

I am beautiful. I love my body.  I feel good in my skin.  Today I will practice loving my physical body. It’s perfect just the way it is.

If this doesn’t feel true, then say it a few more times.  This is the only body you have; treat it with love, compassion and respect. If you don’t like it, then start today to make a change so that you do like it.

Thought for the Day:  I allow the elements to touch my skin and the sun to kiss my face.
I am beautiful. Have you ever stopped to feel the wind on your face?  How did it feel?  Was it warm and gentle?  Or was it cold and harsh?  Next time it’s a windy day, stop to really feel it.  Really notice whether or not you push against it, or relax and feel it.

I Am Beautiful December 28

Thought for the Day:   I see beauty everywhere I look.
I am beautiful. Today is a day full of wonder; the sun is shining, clouds are floating, birds are singing and I am breathing in and out.  I can see.  I can walk.  It is truly a day to be thankful for all that I have and all that I am.
If I catch myself using a negative thought toward myself or others, I will stop, take a deep breath, and look for the beauty.

Thought for the Day:   I nurture myself in whatever way I need.
I am beautiful. I am thankful for the gift of another day. Today I will pay attention to my mood. If I catch myself being grumpy, I will check in with myself and see if I am HUNGRY, ANGRY, LONELY, or TIRED. Then I will take a deep breath and respond to what I’ve discovered.
